Because I’m going to reveal exactly how you can get a full arsenal of proven therapies and techniques to help you and your loved one beat osteoporosis, be happy, AND live a full life.

This is information your doctors can't (or won't) give you. Information you won't find at the library or bookstore. And information you desperately need if you want to finally enjoy as "normal" a life as possible and do all the things you take for granted, like:

I was typing the phrase "osteoporosis" into every search engine on the Internet just hoping to find a magic solution that would help.
I read through website after website trying to track down answers. I searched for reasons, guidance, even just someone to talk to. All I found was the same old rehashed information on osteoporosis and bone density … nothing useful. And certainly nothing that told me how to help my mom overcome osteoporosis.
It was incredibly frustrating. I was literally at the end of my rope … because every day seemed like one long, never-ending bad dream that I couldn't wake up from.
You see, my mother, who has osteoporosis, was in terrible pain and fear … she was terribly unhappy. So many of the things she loved to do, like walk the dog or simply climb stairs, were becoming impossible.
The Internet was just the start for me. I devoured everything I could find at the library, including boring, technical medical journals and dozens of books. I tracked down every osteoporosis expert I could find. And during our journey, my family and I went from knowing nothing about osteoporosis and having NO idea how to help her … to becoming an expert who has been able to help her rebuild bone density, relieve pain, walk straight and sleep peacefully at night.
And after my months of research … I can tell you one thing for sure: if you're supporting a loved one with osteoporosis, you have a better chance of winning one of those multi-state lotteries than of finding the information you need to help your loved one SUCCESSFULLY cope with osteoporosis.
Why? Because nearly all of the information that's available is produced by doctors and professors who have a clinical relationship with osteoporosis and the drug companies – NOT by people who are living with brittle bones and osteoporosis day in and day out.
But you don't need cold, clinical theories from physicians who spend a few hours a day tending patients with osteoporosis. You need coping solutions that work … from people who walked in your shoes day in, day out.
Here's the second thing I can tell you for sure: if you don't get your hands on proven natural remedies – and soon – you may never learn how to ensure strong healthy bones, improve and reverse bone loss, live without pain and discomfort and live a long and active life.
Want proof? Let me tell you how my family has been affected by my mom's long struggle with osteoporosis.
You see, I watched as my mother slowly began to shrink and wither away. My mother suffered terrible pain. My father watched helplessly as my mother began to stoop and had trouble climbing stairs. Nobody really knew what to do.
It came out of nowhere. Slowly at first. We really didn't notice until my mother's bones were already very brittle. You see, she had been loosing bone mass for years. Nobody really knew.

WARNING! Antacids & Acid Reflux Drugs Weaken Your Bones!
Do you take antacid tablets? How about drugs for Acid Reflux? These are a major source of bone deterioration and lead to bone fractures.
This was just reported in May 2010! I have been warning my readers about this for years! Read my book to find out why these medications ruin your digestion and what you can do about it. (Click on the arrow to start the video) |
I know how much pain can result from not having answers or solutions … and how much damage osteoporosis can do to a family that's never had the right information before. But I was determined to help my mother.
You see, my aunt had gotten osteoporosis also. She had trouble climbing stairs. Her back always hurt her. My aunt loved to cook. But she just could not stand by the stove, hunched over, making her favorite recipes. She was alive but not living life to the fullest. Osteoporosis had robbed her of her vitality, of one of her favorite activities -- cooking.
My aunt fell. We were very scared. Has she broken a bone? Was there a fracture? We rushed to the emergency room. She had broken her wrist. But she had escaped this time. No major fracture, only a chipped bone. But how long could this go on before the inevitable would happen? Before she would fall and fracture a hip or worse.
Eventually it happened. You see, my aunt didn't know what to do about her osteoporosis. She lived with bones that were getting more and more brittle. She had lost a great deal of bone density and nobody knew what to do.
I remember it was a Friday. Just a normal day. Then I heard my mother speaking to her sister. My aunt had fallen again. But this time she was not so lucky.
The ambulance came and we met her at the emergency room. The doctors looked worried. A nurse finally told us that my aunt had broken her hip and it didn't look good. Unfortunately for my aunt, this was the beginning of the end. She never really recovered from the fall. Her brittle bones and low bone mass had finally taken their toll. I eventually lost my aunt to osteoporosis. I didn't want to loose my mother the same way.
I scoured the Internet and read everything I could about osteoporosis. While basic information was available, many of my most urgent questions went unanswered. So I went to the library. They helped as much as they could but there were few books that helped. General medical text books had references to osteoporosis but that was about it.
It was the same old rehashed materials I found elsewhere. Nothing useful and certainly nothing that would help my mother feel stronger and improve her bone density. I wanted my mom to regain her life again...to be able to do the things she had done before.
Why wasn't there at least one thorough guide that told us how to HEAL or REVERSE osteoporosis and PREVENT needless pain and suffering? I read medical journals and dry technical papers. They were nearly impossible to get through but slowly I was getting some of the information I needed.
One thing I knew for sure, was that if I didn't get this information for my mother soon it would be too late. Every day her bones were getting weaker. I visibly saw her shrinking before my eyes.
Surprisingly, her doctors were not very helpful. They gave me basically the same information I found online and in the library. I was very surprised by the simplistic answers I received. And when I asked about alternative remedies or special diets, they were of little help. All they wanted to do was prescribe another medication! But I have found that past medications were a major part of the cause of her problems. Many of her prescription medications had been robbing my mother of her bone mass for years.
I guess I was naive. I expected my mom's doctors to have all the answers but they didn't seem to know what she could do. You see my mom had already lost a lot of bone density. They wanted to prescribe pills but they didn't think they would work all that well. I was shocked. What about alternative remedies? What about diet? Would exercise work? Oh sure, they suggested that she eat broccoli. One doctor actually shrugged his shoulders ... he said she is old, what did I expect!
I was so mad I could scream. I realized that the doctors were not part of the solution... they were part of the problem.
We brought my mom to the nutritionist that our friend recommended. We all met together and for the first time, I thought that we were finally getting somewhere. She had innovative ideas. She really explained how food was the body's fuel. She showed my mother what she should be eating...and not eating. My quest to learn everything possible about osteoporosis was now in full swing. Nothing was going to stop me from helping my mother before she ended up with a broken hip or worse.
I continued my research and found that my mother's prescription medications were part of the problem. Medications she had taken for years for other ailments were damaging her bones and lowering her bone density. There were alternatives medications that she could have been taking...but her doctors never told her about them.
With my new found knowledge I started to comb all the online forums. Support groups on nutrition, medications, bone structure...you name it, I read about it. I was amazed that one group's knowledge didn't spread to the other groups. Nutritionists focused on foods, but didn't understand the dangers to bone density of medications. Doctors were used to writing prescriptions as fast as they could and didn't want to spend the time to educate anyone on alternatives. Exercise physiologists really understood the bones and offered great advice but they usually dealt with athletes...not 70 year old ladies like my mom. I was learning and putting it all together...and I was helping my mom little by little.
After many months of MASSIVE research, I finally could say that I had a handle on the situation and could identify most of the mistakes we were making. But it took months!
However, I didn't stop there. Over the next few months, I started interviewing other nutritionists, physical therapists, hospital workers, social workers, and individuals that have osteoporosis. I read blogs and support groups and started compiling information, making notes, and creating checklists. As I was doing all of this, my main goal was to support someone I loved.
After that, I decided to work full time on my research in order to learn everything that I could about osteoporosis. You see, for over 20 years I had been in research and I knew how to collect information. I contacted support groups, conducted surveys and interviewed people. I spent lots of time and money because I had to pay many of these people to talk to me.
All of my research was worth it. Here's how it's helped my mother:
Mom before I did my research
|
Mom today after a lot of research
|
The difference this information has made in my life and in my family's life has been amazing. Helping my mom is so much easier these days. I only wish I had found all of this out years ago.
Although my story has a positive ending, I met many people during my research whose stories were not ending well. So many of them were desperate to find some answers that would help their loved one, but they didn't have the time, money and energy to do the same amount of massive research I had undertaken. They were struggling to make it through each day, constantly sick with worry that something horrible would happen to their loved one before the osteoporosis was brought under control.
With the information I learned, I would be able to help other families overcome, and even prevent, the tremendous obstacles my mother has had to conquer.

I know how much pain can result from not having answers or solutions … and how much damage osteoporosis can do to a family that's never had the right information before.
With the information I learned, I would be able to help other families overcome, and even prevent, the tremendous obstacles my mom has had to conquer.
Even after those months of research were over, I kept in touch with support groups and kept talking to people who had osteoporosis. When they heard that I had done all of this research and that I was helping my mom, they started asking for my help, too. So I did. Some of them even suggested that I write a book because they knew, like I did, that there simply wasn't enough good information out there.
One of my friends finally said, "Don't you think it's your duty to share what you know with other people so they don't have to suffer like your mom did?"
That made me think. The truth is I would have done ANYTHING when I was first dealing with my mom's sadness and issues to get all of the information I have now. If I could have had everything in some type of report or book, then things would have been so much easier for me, my dad ... and of course, my mom.

My aunt was robbed of one of her great loves -- cooking, because she could not stand for long periods over the stove. My book covers how the medicines typically prescribed don't work and I give alternatives and natural remedies that can reduce or even eliminate the pain and suffering.
Stopping or ever reversing bone loss. Everyone asks me how they can stop the debilitating bone loss. Even bumping into a table or chair can result in broken and cracked bones once your bones loose bone mass. My extensive research has uncovered the secrets of stopping bone loss and actually rebuilding the strength you once had.

I'm ready to get started. Please send your book and free bonuses.

Well, it's decision time. You have three choices now. And the one you choose will affect you – and your loved one – for the rest of your lives.
Choice #1: You don't do anything. You can keep pretending that you have a handle on your osteoporosis or that everything will work itself out. You can just turn a blind eye to the horrible possibilities of pain, falls, fractures and continuing bone loss that could await you or your loved one in the future.
Trust me, I've spoken to enough people who have osteoporosis to know that these are often the results when the disorder isn't dealt with properly.
Choice #2: You can decide to search for this information on your own. You can do the research, spend a ton of money, and devote years to trial and error testing before possibly finding a way to conquer your osteoporosis. Keep in mind that the strategies that are included in this book have taken years and costs thousands of dollars to research.
In the meantime, your health and well-being as well as your happiness and peace of mind will suffer. And your life will continue to be disrupted and dictated by the whims of this treatable condition.
Remember, the real key to your success is getting the RIGHT information and taking massive and immediate action on what you learn.
As I look back with my experience, I've said:
If I only had more information… Yes, if I only had more information, my family would have been spared so much of the anxiety I described to you. Our journey would have been one of joy and discovery, instead of pain and suffering. Needless pain and suffering many times.
The Good News is…I have learned from my mistakes and hundreds of other sufferers' mistakes.
The Better News is…You can learn all of this in the comfort of your own home.
The Best News is...you can have all the information you need to make it through the maze of conquering osteoporosis, WITHOUT having to go through what I went through, because you will have the one thing I did not have and had to get on my own—ANSWERS!!!
That's why it makes the most logical sense to go with …
Choice #3: You can invest in Freedom From Osteoporosis & Osteopenia and immediately discover how to start effectively conquering osteoporosis and reclaim your life. You'll be able to take a "shortcut" past all of the time, energy, effort, money, and heartbreak so you and the rest of your family can be happy again without the threat of another fall or fracture looming over them.
So which choice are you going to make?
I Want to Reverse Osteoporosis Naturally Without
Dangerous Drugs
You may not have realized this but … osteoporosis is treatable if you know what works. But the sooner you start learning natural treatments the easier it will be. Don't let your loved one loose their independence, risk falling, fracture a bone and watch as their health continues to deteriorate.
The bad news is that … the longer you wait to intervene,
the worse the problems are going to get. Bone loss continues as
you read this!
That's why it's so crucial that you take this step now so that you can help your loved one bypass the problems that plague so many people who have osteoporosis.
Look at my family. My dad and I dealt with my mom's osteoporosis for years, but if we had found the information I've included in Freedom From Osteoporosis & Osteopenia, we could have saved our mom and us from years of grief, mountains of anxiety, and dozens of near ruinous falls.
But guess what . . . osteoporosis doesn't go away. And your loved one won't get better on their own. The problems and bone loss will just keep getting worse and worse.
Eventually, your entire family will be dragged down, too.
